Stress is the word that may people use when they are describing how the demands of their life seem to be becoming too great for them to cope with. What one person finds stressful may not be a problem for another. A mild degree of stress is quite healthy but when it becomes severe or long term stress it becomes bad for our health. One of the simplest ways of coping with stress is to set aside regular time (say half an hour a day) to relax and do what we enjoy.
